EVENT DETAILS
Located at a prime location in downtown Los Angeles. Live music and DJ’s playing a wide variety of music. Southern California handmade artisan vendors, artist, and live art. Food trucks to satisfy your appetite. Every third Saturday of the month. Support Local Artist!!! Buy Handmade!!!
VENDOR DETAILS
Vendor spaces will be assigned 72 hours before event. Handmade vendors and artist will have priority. An effort will be made to limit similar products from being placed near each other. If you would like flyers to pass out please contact event coordinator with your address and event flyers will be mailed to you free of cost. Vendors are expected to keep their spaces clean and professional appearing throughout the event. All vendors are required to have a CA sellers permit. NO refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled by the coordinator. If the event is rained out vendors will receive a credit to be used on a future event within three months of the cancelled event. Some free street parking is available. $5 lot parking is available.
LOAD IN INSTRUCTIONS
Vendors have from 6:30am to 8:45am to set up. Vendors will be allowed to pull their vehicles up near spaces to unload. However, vendor vehicles will only be allowed to unload between 6:30am and 8:00am. Food trucks must arrive no later than 8:00am. No vendors will be allowed to pull their vehicles up after 8am. All vehicles must be moved by 8am. Vendors are responsible for providing everything necessary for their set up. Spaces must be set up and ready to go by 8:45am. Vendors that have not arrived by 8:30am forfeit their space.
BREAK DOWN
Vendors will not be allowed to pack up their spaces until 5pm. No vehicle will be allowed to pull on to the property to pack up until 5pm.
BY PURCHASING A SPACE YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING
You are responsible for construction, removal and cleanup of your space. You are required to stay within the space purchased. You are responsible for all sales transactions and resulting tax liabilities. Please have a copy of CA seller’s permit present with you. This event can’t guarantee either a certain number of sales or a certain number of customers coming to the show. Participation in this event is at your own risk. Event coordinator is not responsible for acts of god and extreme weather. This event is rain or shine. No refunds will be issued unless event is cancelled by coordinator.
